The Lavazza A Modo Mio machine is the latest model from the giant coffee maker known for the excellent taste in all types of coffee. But are A Modo Mio just as good as the other current leader brands in coffee machines? Well, let us have a closer look at this new device.
The Lavazza A Modo Mio is easy on the eyes with its colorful, compact and user friendly design. The espresso machine is made in collaboration with Saeco which has developed excellent extraction technology to make first class espresso from pressed coffee in capsules.
You can also make other types of coffee as well. With the steam arm you can make tasteful cappuccinos and lattes. While Saeco is the producer of the machines, Lavazza is producing the capsules fitted for their machines.
The Lavazza A Modo Mio is only 20.5 cm wide but it does not mean that it has fewer features than a fully featured espresso machine. Lavazza A Modo Mio has as mentioned earlier the steam arm for heating up milk, a tank to hold 1 liter water, pod holder and a drip tray.
When the 1 liter tank is filled up with water, you can turn it on and it will take 40 seconds to heat up and be ready to use. Then you can put your coffee capsule in the flop-top slot and then close the handle by pulling it down. The espresso will be ready in 36 seconds and you can sit back and enjoy a delicious espresso.
Lavazza A Modo Mio has a trendy design which is colorful, compact and easy to use. The machine created in partnership with Saeco, which is in the top league in cutting-edge extraction technology which takes advantage of pressed coffee in the capsule and produces a full bodied and creamy espresso.
Thanks to its steam arm you can prepare perfect lattes, cappuccinos and by adding hot water you can prepare teas and other beverages too. Saeco Extra works exclusively with Lavazza A Modo Mio capsules.
The Lavazza A Modo Mio is very easy to use and clean. The used coffee capsules are automatically put in to a tray which can easily be emptied without any mess. The espresso machine also has a drip tray to collect any spilling.
With the steamer it is easy make cappuccino or macchiato in a matter of no time. It is surprisingly easy to make heated or frothed milk to make a nice cup of cappuccino.
With the Lavazza A Mido Mio espresso machine you will get 4 packs of 8 capsules. Included is also a 15 bar pressure pump. The size is 23.5 cm x 33 cm x 30.5 cm. The power consumption/Voltage is 1050W/230 V – 50Hz.
