Pros
The smell of these beans is like heaven when you open the bag.
Lavazza Super Crema works well for cappuccino since it stronger and more caffeine than other beans. Cappuccino needs a strong coffee since the milk takes away some of the coffee flavor.

Cons
As a base for cappuccino it is a great grind, but for an espresso I would suggest a lighter grind. It is subtle and a little bit sour so you need to test and try to find out the right proportion for your taste, which is something you need to do with any kind of coffee beans. The crema isn’t as thick as expected; in fact it is a lot the same as regular coffee beans.

Tip: It seems to work better on a fine grind and a little bit packing in the cup. Use a medium sized cup since the small cup makes the taste a bit too sour.

The coffee creates good crema which is probably because of the robusta beans. This coffee is generally ok and hits the mainstream of coffee drinkers. The taste is a little bit raw, light and thin for drinks such as cappuccinos and lattes, but it is good for just a regular coffee. The coffee is smooth and does not taste bitter and the beans are never over roasted

Tip: Make sure your espresso machine extract the coffee for about 25 sec. to get the best taste out of the beans.
